Who is Jump Athletic designed for?
Jump Athletic youth basketball programs are for both boys and girls ages 4-16.  Weekly basketball training academy and club teams are designed for ages 7-16. Little Jumper programs are for boys and girls ages 4-6.

How does Jump Athletic membership work?
In order to participate in our weekly training academy and/or club teams you must become a member. Membership is offered on a monthly basis, with a two-month minimum.

What sports do you offer?
Today we offer youth basketball programs that include training academy, club teams, private training, summer basketball camps, special clinics and elite training.

How do I register for membership?
Registration is easy and secure. You can register online with a credit card. You’ll receive a confirmation email from us. Once you are a member, you will receive weekly emails updating you on practice schedules, special events and important news.

How does membership work?
Membership is for a month at a time. Membership lasts 30 days from the day you sign up. The minimum for a membership is two months, charged to your credit card on a monthly basis.

Can I freeze my membership if I need to?
Yes. We know that families go on vacations and the like so Jump Athletic lets you put your membership on hold. We call it “freezing” your membership. Jump Athletic requires 30 days notice to freeze. And you can freeze for up to one month at a time.

Is there a minimum for membership?
Yes. Kids that participate in Jump Athletic training academy and/or club take basketball seriously. Membership in Jump Athletic requires a two-month minimum.

How do I cancel my membership if I need to?
We require 30 days written notice in order to cancel your membership account. You must send your notice of cancellation in writing via one of these options 1) email form 2) fax 602-357-3405 or 3) mail to:5025 N. Central Ave, # 503 Phoenix, AZ 85012-1520. Your account will cancel effective 30 days from the actual postmark on your envelope, date stamp on the fax, or date the online form is submitted.

Are there any other fees other than reocurring dues?
Yes, there is an annual registration fee of $59 for each member.
